MEET MARY CATHERINE 

I strongly belief that suffering is wholly part of the human experience and no testament to a person's worth. People are beautiful and spectacular but can also become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. That’s where I come in.

As a Virginia-based Licensed Professional Counselor, my experience in crisis counseling, community-based mental health, and outpatient therapies allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I primarily use mindfulness-based interventions and collaboration as the basis of my therapy. 

Additionally, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ identifying folks.
